• Service providers: Stripe (payments), Clerk (authentication), Supabase (database hosting), Vercel (website hosting), Resend (email). These processors act only on our instructions.
• Within your organisation: team members you invite to EvenX can see event data relevant to their role.
• Vendors: vendors you invite to an event can see the event brief and communication you share with them.
• Legal requirements: where required by law, regulation, or legal process.

6. International Transfers

Your data is primarily stored in the United Kingdom. Where data is processed outside the UK (e.g. by our service providers), we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the ICO.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymise your data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law.
